The average altitude is over 1,500 meters, the average temperature ranges from 18ºC to 21ºC, and the annual rainfall is greater than 1,374 mm. We are strict in selecting raw materials and give priority to ancient trees growing in high mountains. We pick the raw materials in spring, with one bud and one leaf. Only 100 catties of original tea leaves can produce 5 catties of the essence of instant tea chagao. Good raw materials deserve better techniques.
